Prayer to Saint Romuald of Ravenna

O Saint Romuald,
you fled the noise of the world,

yet did not turn your back on its wounds.

In silence, you found the mercy of Christ —

and from silence, you rose to teach others the way.

Pray for us,
that we may seek stillness not to escape,

but to be made ready for love,

like Christ loved us ✝
